You can change Reshade to Performance Mode by opening it at at the bottom right tick the box.
When inside the game, open Reshade configuration (default key is home button on keyboard) and make sure Aspect Ratio shader is checked (make sure it's not in performance mode (tiny checkbox at bottom right of the window)), then at bottom of Reshade window find the AspectRatio.fx and set the slide of "Correct proportions" to 0.343 (this is the value for 21:9) - For 32:9+ keep moving the slider Until it fills the whole screen.

In Shaders list of Reshade install select Fubax-shaders, in the next screen select CAS, LumaSharpen and any other effects you might want, these two are important), on the next one select AspectRatio.fx, other shaders are up to you, this is the only one needed for Ultrawide.

Go in the main game folder then go to \End\Content\Paks\, move the ~mods folder somewhere else, like the desktop, if you don't have one you can start Step 4, this is important to prevent mods that use the same ini to conflict with each other (you can test if it works, its just to be safe), dragging the End folder from the UI Fix will place the folder there with the Fix inside.
Go in the main game folder then go to \End\Binaries\Win64, make sure there are no files except the game executable.
Make sure your exe is not modified, if you did hex edits and have a backup restore it, otherwise you will have to repair/reinstall the game, there is no need for any hex edits anymore so you won't have to repair the game anymore.
To know if the file was updated check the post from time to time and look at file name, especially last numbers and compare to your download, current version: 20211220_1337
